Peer-Operated Recovery Centers
Peer-Operated Recovery Centers, sponsored by Magellan, offer adults a chance to be in the company of others and develop friendships. Each center offers support groups and recovery workshops. Plus, you can talk with and get support from people who are experiencing the same types of challenges and who have successfully overcome their challenges.
Education is a big part of recovery and resiliency. The peer-operated centers offer classes to help participants move toward recovery goals including areas such as computer skills or other living skills. Call the centers directly to find out more information on the programs and activities offered.
